Chauffeur & self-drive policy

Motorbikes and a few of the SUVs are available self-drive against a refundable deposit and a licence check. The 4WDs, vans and buses are chauffeur-only — Nepali mountain roads are not the place to learn.

Fixed-route transfer prices include fuel, tolls and the driver's food and accommodation. Open-ended charters are quoted per day plus fuel.

Our drivers carry spares and tools for common faults. If a vehicle cannot be recovered the same day we dispatch a replacement from the nearest depot at our cost.
