United States
DS-160 prepared by the desk, MRV fee paid, interview booked at the US Embassy in Maharajgunj. Interview waits run to weeks.
What you need
4 documents required and 2 optional — you upload each one after applying, and the desk tells you if anything is missing.
- Passport Required Valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date, with two blank pages. Scan the photo page.
- Photograph Required 5 × 5 cm (2 × 2 in) on a white background, taken in the last 6 months.
- Bank statement Required Last 6 months, stamped by the bank, showing a balance that covers the trip.
- Employment or leave letter Required Letter from your employer with your position, salary and approved leave dates; business registration if self-employed.
- Flight itinerary If you have it Return flight itinerary. A reservation is enough — do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted.
- Invitation letter If you have it If you are visiting family: their letter, status document and proof of address.
How the desk handles it
The US visitor visa is decided at an in-person interview at the embassy; no agency can lodge it for you. What we do is the part that goes wrong most often: the DS-160 form, filled in consistently with your documents, the MRV fee payment, the interview appointment, and a briefing on what the officer will ask.
USD 185 is the embassy's own fee. Our service charge for preparing the file is quoted on WhatsApp, not added here. Interview appointments are often several weeks out, so thirty working days is the least you should allow.
Your scans are stored in a private folder that is never served from the website itself, opened only by you and our staff, and deleted automatically after your trip.
