What you need
3 documents required and 2 optional — you upload each one after applying, and the desk tells you if anything is missing.
- Passport Required Valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date, with two blank pages. Scan the photo page.
- Photograph Required 35 × 45 mm on a white background, taken in the last 6 months.
- Flight itinerary Required Return flight itinerary. A reservation is enough — do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted.
- Hotel booking If you have it Hotel confirmation covering every night, or a host letter if you are staying with family.
- Bank statement If you have it Last 6 months, stamped by the bank, showing a balance that covers the trip.
How the desk handles it
The UAE tourist visa is issued electronically, so nothing is walked into an embassy: we upload your scans to our Dubai partner agency, who applies on your behalf, and the approved visa comes back as a PDF you carry with your passport.
Four working days is the usual turnaround. Immigration occasionally asks for a bank statement or a return ticket after the file is lodged — upload them if you have them and we will hold them ready.
Your scans are stored in a private folder that is never served from the website itself, opened only by you and our staff, and deleted automatically after your trip.
