Filed at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu on your behalf; we walk the passport in and collect it.
What you need
5 documents required and 1 optional — you upload each one after applying, and the desk tells you if anything is missing.
- Passport Required Valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date, with two blank pages. Scan the photo page.
- Photograph Required 35 × 45 mm on a white background, taken in the last 6 months.
- Bank statement Required Last 6 months, stamped by the bank, showing a balance that covers the trip.
- Flight itinerary Required Return flight itinerary. A reservation is enough — do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted.
- Hotel booking Required Hotel confirmation covering every night, or a host letter if you are staying with family.
- Employment or leave letter If you have it Letter from your employer with your position, salary and approved leave dates; business registration if self-employed.
How the desk handles it
The Royal Thai Embassy in Maharajgunj takes the paper application from our desk. We check every page against their current list, fill in the form, submit on the morning run and collect the passport when it is ready — usually five working days.
The embassy is strict about the bank statement and the return ticket: a balance that would not cover the trip is the commonest reason a Nepali application is refused.
Your scans are stored in a private folder that is never served from the website itself, opened only by you and our staff, and deleted automatically after your trip.
