What you need
4 documents required and 1 optional — you upload each one after applying, and the desk tells you if anything is missing.
- Passport Required Valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date, with two blank pages. Scan the photo page.
- Photograph Required 35 × 45 mm on a white background, taken in the last 6 months.
- Flight itinerary Required Return flight itinerary. A reservation is enough — do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted.
- Hotel booking Required Hotel confirmation covering every night, or a host letter if you are staying with family.
- Bank statement If you have it Last 6 months, stamped by the bank, showing a balance that covers the trip.
How the desk handles it
Malaysia's eVisa is applied for entirely online. We lodge it on the official portal with your scans, pay the fee, and send you the approval slip to print and carry — three working days is normal.
Immigration at Kuala Lumpur may ask to see the hotel booking and return ticket on arrival, so keep the same documents with you.
Your scans are stored in a private folder that is never served from the website itself, opened only by you and our staff, and deleted automatically after your trip.
